Job Opportunity: Office Administrator (Job Share)
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon CV37
Working Hours:
Wednesday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: £11.44ph (more for the right person)
The Company is a small, close-knit business looking for an organised and friendly Office Administrator to join team on a job share basis. If you have relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you, and we can discuss salary adjustments accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and manage enquiries
Greet and assist visitors
Raise sales and purchase orders
Input purchase invoices and match them to purchase orders
Process customer orders (measured in metres), check details, and send to customers
Prepare quotes and update prices in the system
Perform general office duties as needed

Experience:

Familiarity with QuickBooks and bespoke accounting systems is advantageous but not essential
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small team are essential
