Job Description
Shift pattern: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 (weekly rotation)
Location: Northampton
Pay: £13.42, overtime after 40hrs £19.53
We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse MHE Operatives to join our team on a weekly rotating shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a solid background in warehouse operations and MHE experience/licenses (such as PPT, LLOP,CB and Reach truck).
Key Responsibilities
- Operating MHE safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing orders to required standards
- Supporting rework and quality tasks
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Valid or recent MHE experience/licenses (training can be refreshed if needed)
- Ability to work rotating shifts Monday–Friday
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent Monday–Friday shifts
- Weekly rotating pattern for work–life balance
