Warehouse Operatives – Temp to Perm Opportunities Location: Northampton, NN7 2QA (Junction 15, M1)

Pertemps are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team at a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse located near Junction 15 of the M1, NN7 2QA. These roles offer long‑term, stable, temp‑to‑perm opportunities within a modern, well‑equipped logistics environment.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who want consistent work and are committed to building a long‑term career. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to be upskilled and trained to operate MHE, including FLT equipment, as part of their development.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to long‑term employment

• Willingness to learn and progress into MHE/FLT roles

• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work

• Full training and upskilling opportunities provided

Shifts & Pay 

• 06:00–14:00 – £13.02 p/h

• 14:00–22:00 – £13.42 p/h

• Overtime after 40 hours: £19.53 p/h

Role Duties

• General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and manual handling

• Supporting wider warehouse operations as required

• Safe use of warehouse equipment (training provided)

• Opportunity to train on MHE/FLT as part of long‑term progression
