Corporate Finance Senior or Manager to join our dynamic and growing Corporate Finance team.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work on a wide variety of projects including:
- Business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, mergers, and disposals
- Company valuations using recognised methodologies such as multiples analysis
- Preparing and reviewing financial due diligence reports
- Managing client relationships and liaising with internal teams and external advisors
- Drafting engagement documentation and managing internal deal databases
- Supporting business development initiatives including networking and client proposals
- Collaborating closely with directors and partners to deliver high-quality results
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone with the following skills and experience:
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience in corporate finance, ideally within the SME sector
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- A genuine interest in business development and client growth
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Benefits- 36.25 hours / 5 days per week (flexible and hybrid working available)
