Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Minehead
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
• Friday: 08:00 – 15:30 (30-minute lunch break)

We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operatives. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided!

 Main Duties:

• Preparing and cutting wire to size using industrial machines.
• Assembly of products and stamping them prior to despatch.
• Operating machinery and ensuring accurate completion of tasks.
• Performing quality control checks.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

• You’re reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have good hand-eye coordination.
• You take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining safety standards.
