Location: Wrexham
Hourly Rate: £12.21 (Days) | £13.43 (Nights)
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Rotating (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Permanent opportunity after 3 months)
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company in Wrexham as a General Operative.

This is a hands-on, full-time role in a fast-paced production environment, offering real prospects for long-term employment and career progression.

You will be working as part of a skilled, supportive team responsible for the cleaning, spraying and assembling and inspection of products to high quality standards. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and develop within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and handle products safely and efficiently
• Follow production plans and instructions accurately
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the work area
• Report any defects or issues to team leaders or supervisors
• Support colleagues to meet daily production targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production demands
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and carry out repetitive tasks with consistency and care
• Comfortable working rotating shifts in a busy environment
