Job Description
Hours are flexible between 0700-1700.
Pay is £12.88ph - weekly or monthly
Job Role Summary:
Responsible for dispatch of consumables to customers, parts to engineers and booking, replenishment of goods within warehouse along with the PDI of new equipment.
Key role responsiblities:
- Unboxing, and setup of copier and printer equipment
- Configuration of devices to customer requirements, including networking details
- Configuration of ancillaries for solution deals, such as card readers
- Repackaging of machine for trunking and final mile installation
- Following all procedures and processes used internally and by manufacturers.
- Ensuring that all work is tracked correctly within company systems and closed down timely
- Ensuring all work areas remain tidy and organized.
- Ensuring that all equipment work is carried out to the highest standards meeting KPI’s to avoid engineer calls outs.
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- Previous workshop or field experience is desirable
