Healthcare Support Worker (Ogmore by Sea)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Workers to provide high-quality care on an ad-hoc basis. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to support individuals in their homes while building your skills and experience in a rewarding environment.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare or care roles is desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a community setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in line with their care plans
• Assist with daily living tasks, including mobility and medication prompts
• Build positive and supportive relationships with service users and their families
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to care standards
• Adapt to varying needs and environments in the community
