💷 £52,910 per annum starting salary, rising to £69,000.
⏰40- 45 hours per week

The Role:
In this role, you would be responsible for running a multi-million pound store and working alongside your team to deliver customer service excellence. Taking lead on back and front of house operations, no two days would be the same. They are looking for those who have their own leadership style, but know that the little things matter.


Key Responsibilities:

• People management and KPI management

• Sorting out deliveries, placing orders and scheduling hours to meet operational efficiency targets.

• Handling customer queries or carrying out till spot checks

• Working to sales goals

• Ensuring great customer service

• Minimising costs and optimising operational efficiency 

• Maintain cleanliness standards and organisation of the work

Skills & Behaviours:

• An experienced people manager

• Passionate to achieve excellence, in customer service and developing and managing teams.

• Able to ensure a flexible and collaborative attitude within the team

• Proactive with good time management

• Skilled in cost control and boosting operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Leadership & Managerial experience - Strong experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams to deliver high performance.
• Operational Expertise - Background in managing fast-paced, high-volume retail, stakeholder, or customer-driven environments.
• Commercial Awareness - Ability to maximise sales, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer queries and manage team dynamics.

• Problem-Solving: Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Technical/General: Strong organisational skills to manage stock, deliveries, and rotas.
