We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support our client based in Darwen, Lancashire, operating within the energy sector. This is a 3-month fixed term contract offering an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive office environment.

The Role:
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring accuracy of data and emails. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to emails professionally and efficiently
- Working confidently with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Analysing data to recognise trends and statistics
- Identifying and flagging anomalies or inconsistencies
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong working knowledge Excel
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and recognise trends
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and reliable approach to work


What’s on Offer:
- £12.86 per hour
- 3-month fixed term contract
- Full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5pm)
