Events Bar Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff for exciting local events in Carlisle. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Serving drinks and refreshments to guests with a smile.
• Ensuring a clean and organised bar area.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues quickly.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Working effectively as part of a team.
• ID checking.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends.
