The Role:
As the Front of House Manager, you will:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle stock and supply management for the front of house.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Has proven experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Is customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet.
  • Is confident using booking and point-of-sale systems.
  • Has flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
