Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Support senior engineers throughout all stages of project delivery—from pre-planning and concept design to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop and refine electrical design elements including:
- HV/LV distribution systems
- Power generation and life-safety systems
- General, emergency, and external lighting
- IT/data infrastructure
- Access, security, fire-alarm, and lightning protection systems
- Contribute to low-carbon and sustainable design initiatives, energy consultancy, and pre-design analysis.
- Participate in site activities such as reviewing contractor submissions, witnessing tests, commissioning, snagging, and as-built documentation.
- Apply BIM Level 2 methodologies and CAD tools to coordinate MEP systems, detect clashes, and produce 3D modelling deliverables.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects in alignment with RIBA stages 0–7.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or early-career engineer with a degree in Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.

- Strong problem-solver who can translate theory into practical applications.
- Effective communicator and team player, capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM processes is desirable.
