Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Pertemps Lincoln recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Bardney. They are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their warehouse team on a temporary, full-time basis.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00am with 10–12 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, lift, and stack materials safely
• Ensure all goods are stored correctly
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Experience required:

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
• Own transport preferred due to site location
• Valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence
