Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (No on-call)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: From £27,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering staffing solutions to a wide range of clients, while helping candidates secure rewarding employment. This is a full 360° recruitment position, encompassing both business development and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy briefing to successful placement
• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments and compliance
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Coordinate work schedules and ensure client requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, though not essential
