Warehouse Operative

Pertemps Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy production site in North Scarle, Lincoln on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for weighing and unloading deliveries, ensuring materials are stored safely, and preparing products and packaging for production. You’ll play an important part in keeping the mill and packing hall running smoothly, working to company standards and health & safety guidelines.
 
Salary:

• Starting at £27,041 p/a (£13.47ph)
• Overtime available on top of this

 
Hours & shifts:

• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts rotating days & nights:
• Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am

 
What you’ll do:

• Weigh in and unload deliveries.
• Label and store raw materials/packaging.
• Prepare stock for the mill and packing hall.
• Support with stock rotation and site safety.

 
What we’re looking for:

• Forklift Licence (preferred)
• Experience with pallets/stock (desirable).
• Good communication, numeracy, and IT skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

 
Due to the location of the factory, you will need your own form of transport to get to and from work.
