We are excited to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our customer’s dynamic team at a leading self-storage provider in the UK, represented by Pertemps Network Group. Based in Lincoln, with a well-established and rapidly expanding network of stores, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key in-house projects, including redevelopment of existing buildings, new build, and mixed-use schemes.
What will I be paid?- £40,000 basic salary - OTE £60,000 to £70,000 (via project completion bonus)

What hours will I work?- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What will my responsibilities be? - Coordinating internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects, ensuring flawless execution
- Ensuring timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects
- Developing project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects, including clear objectives and plans for technical feasibility
- Managing resource availability, allocation, and overseeing project progress comprehensively
- Utilising verification techniques to handle changes in scope, schedule, and costs
- Measuring project performance, reporting to management, and escalating issues as necessary while maintaining relationships with all involved parties
What skills and experience do I need?- Track record in construction, fit out, refurb, and building project management
- Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
- Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
- Knowledge and experience with appropriate software, such as Microsoft Project AutoCAD 2D & 3D (preferred but not essential)
- QS skills (advantageous but not essential)
- RICS qualifications (preferred but not essential)
