Fabricator

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are currently seeking a Fabricator to join a thriving manufacturing company based near Witham St Hughs, Lincoln.
 
As a Fabricator, you’ll be a key member of a skilled production team, working with various materials to create high-quality metal structures and components. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable and supportive environment.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company who are committed to investing in their people. Permanent contracts will be offered to staff after 12 weeks worked through Pertemps.
 
What will I be paid?
£14 to £16+ per hour - Hourly rate negotiable – based on experience and skillset.
 
What will I be doing as a Fabricator?

• Fabricating and assembling metal components using welding, cutting, and shaping techniques Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
• Conducting quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy
• Keeping workstations clean and equipment-maintained
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets
• Reporting any issues or defects to supervisors promptly

 
What skills and experience do I need?

• Previous experience in metal fabrication is desirable
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Reliable transport to reach site

 
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 15:30
