Assembly Operative

We have a brand-new position available for an Assembly Operative to join an already successful team based in Woodhall Spa. Working in the assembly team you will be required to assemble a wide range of bespoke wooden furniture from instructions provided by your manager.

This role will involve fitting dowels, cam bolts, cam locks brackets and other fixings where required then assembling the furniture with basic hand tools.
 
What will I be expected to do? 

• Quality check components
• Follow instructions & drawings provided
• Assemble bespoke furniture
• Making sure the final build matches client specifications

 
What skills do I need?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
• Proven ability to work using own initiative
• The ability to communicate well with other team members and management
• Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping

 
What hours will I be working?
The hours are for this role are Monday to Friday from 15:15 to 22:45

How much will I be paid?
You will be paid £13.07 per hour. Over time is paid at time and a half.
