Production Operative

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership fantastic local manufacturing company located near Hykeham, Lincoln, recruiting for Production Operatives to work in their factory / manufacturing team.

What will I be expected to do?

• Preparing, coating, and painting metal parts and components
• Cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

What skills do I need?

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work at a fast pace whilst being dextrous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work within the specified hours and flexibility for overtime if needed.

 
 
What hours will I be working?
We have 2 shifts available to you which are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 6AM to 4PM
• Monday to Thursday 6AM to 6PM

 
What will I be paid?
The pay for this position is £11.45 however, this is being reviewed and will increase.
