Factory Operative

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership fantastic local manufacturing company located near Hykeham, Lincoln, recruiting for Factory Operatives to work in the Shot Blasting team.

What will I be expected to do?

• Operating shot blasting machinery and equipment.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

What skills do I need?

• Previous experience as a Shot Blaster or in a similar role.
• Ability to operate shot blasting machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work within the specified hours and flexibility for overtime if needed.

 
 
What hours will I be working?
We have 2 shifts available to you which are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 6AM to 4PM
• Monday to Thursday 6AM to 6PM

 
What will I be paid?
The pay for this position is £11.45 however, this is being reviewed and will increase.
