Leading a £28m investment programme across 58,000 homes

We are seeking a senior leader in planned maintenance and capital works to take accountability for the delivery of a major £28m planned investment programme.

This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a consistently high standard, while driving long-term value and service improvement.

Scope of the role

• You will provide strategic and operational leadership across planned and cyclical works, including:
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, and external programmes
  • Multi-disciplinary teams and external delivery partners
  • Large-scale budget management and financial oversight
  • Contract performance and supplier management
  • Compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Long-term asset planning and investment strategy

The profile

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in:

• Planned works, capital delivery, or asset management
• Managing multi-million-pound budgets
• Leading operational teams and external contractors
• Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement
• Senior stakeholder engagement across housing or construction environments
• Qualified to CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards
