Salary: £35k - £45k (dependant on experience)

Their workload is a balanced mix—30% architectural and 70% MEP design—and they thrive on delivering real value to their clients through detailed, end-to-end design, not just stopping at Stage 3.

They work on projects ranging from £50k up to £150 million, with their sweet spot around the £20–30 million mark. Their client base includes high-profile names with relationships that span many years.

What They Expect

• They’re seeking driven, communicative, and client-facing engineers who are confident in both design and interpersonal engagement. You'll be:
• Comfortable attending site visits and leading conversations with clients.
• Working in a supportive, office-based team environment with a progressive monthly Friday off as part of a new initiative they have.
• Contributing to a growing, £2 million turnover business where your input will directly influence their continued success.
