RIBA Stages: Stage 3 possibly progressing into Stage 4

The Role:
A well-established Building Services consultancy headquartered in Southampton is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer on a contract basis, supporting delivery of a landmark residential tower project in London.
The role will involve leading electrical services design at RIBA Stage 3, with anticipated progression into Stage 4, across a complex mixed-use scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical building services design through RIBA Stage 3 and 4
- Design power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, fire alarm, data and communications
- Coordinate closely with mechanical and architectural teams
- Prepare specifications, drawings and technical reports
- Attend and contribute to design and coordination meetings
- Proven consultancy experience in electrical building services design
- Experience on residential, hotel or mixed-use developments
- Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards
- Familiarity with RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 design delivery
- BIM and Revit experience beneficial
