Resourcer

Excellent opportunity for recruitment & office experience, based in Hemel Hempstead, Monday-Friday flexible hours, 40 hours per week. Temporary work for the Christmas period, starting immediately. 


As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for:
- Advertising vacancies
- Pre-employment screening
- Shortlisting candidates for interviews
- Record and monitor the candidate application process
- Plan and prioritise all campaign recruitment activity
- Enrolling candidates to our systems

To be considered for this Resourcer role, you should possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Self-motivated and target driven personality
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Basic understanding of MS Excel
