I am delighted to be working with a vibrant and forward-thinking housing provider of open market and social/affordable homes, who are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their Exeter office. 

Full Ownership of the Design and Technical aspects of all projects, from inception through to Completion. Overseeing 2 - 3 projects ranging from 60 to 100 plus units, who will be experienced in managing medium to large scales housing sites, with minimal supervision. You will need to have a strong background in new build housing on behalf of a developer or housing contractor. You will be expected to visit sites regularly and split your time between the office and site.

Summary of Duties:

• To Control and manage the design process from post planning stage through to project completion, whilst supporting during planning stage.
• Recommend and appoint external consultants
• Ensuring external consultant designs are built correctly in accordance with the design, budget and to a high-quality.
• To support the operational teams with sufficient and accurate information to progress sites in line with build programme.
• To provide technical support from inception to build and completion.
