You’ll guide and support a talented cost management team while overseeing complex projects ranging from £1m to £100m+. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, strengthening client relationships, and driving continuous improvement across cost and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

•             Leading, developing, and motivating a high‑performing cost management team

•             Managing resources, performance, and compliance across multiple projects

•             Preparing and reviewing budgets, cost plans, and financial strategies

•             Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring client expectations are met

•             Acting as a trusted adviser to senior clients and stakeholders

•             Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and innovate

•             Providing expert technical guidance and data‑driven insights

What You’ll Bring

•             Chartered status with experience delivering medium to large‑scale projects

•             Strong leadership and people‑management skills

•             Proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships

•             Commercial awareness and confidence across the full project lifecycle

•             Knowledge of the South West market
