Their Exeter office is due to open in June and as such, an office manager is required oversee all aspects of establishing a new office, setting up and managing all administrative functions.
Duties are likely to include:
- Assisting SMT with diary management, booking accommodation, meetings and travel etc,
- HR tasks including issuing contracts, booking training and recording absences
- Dealing with all communication internally and externally such as emails, website enquiries, phone calls, minute taking and producing reports and presentations
- Managing the website and social media platforms
