I am delighted to be working a new and exclusive vacancy for an ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER in Cornwall. Working for a well-respected developer with an excellent reputation - who don’t often recruit due to low staff turn over.

Working on high end developments where detail is key, you will be a well presented and professional assistant site manager who has a background in Housebuidling. The client is open to experience in terms of years, whether you have 2 or 20 years its about finding the right person to fit within the team and represent the company to the best of your ability. If you are someone looking for a step up to site manager in future, they can support with this. Equally if you are happy to sit at assistant level that too is  fine!

Working under an experienced site manager on a traditional build, low volume site. 

This is a long term role offering longevity of work in the area. This is not a replacement to the team this is an additional need. Ideal start would be end of March onwards

Competitive salary up to £42k (potentially more DOE) plus and benefits
