I am seeking an experienced individual with sound construction knowledge to undertake a predominately customer care focused role. This role is different to the norm, in that you will be the customer care representative for the company over the phone, via email and face to face, you will need to be knowledgeable within house building, as you will snag plots and arrange for works to be carried out in a timely manner to an exceptional standard as well as auctioning defects and arranging for the works to be carried out by subcontractors. The role will require travel and and mileage paid. Office based and visiting sites up to 3 days a week in Devon and Somerset. Yu will also meet customers to undertake home demo’s and hand overs on move in day, and prepare homes for sale.

You will need to have excellent organisation skills, strong IT skills including excel, personable and natural problem solver, with strong construction knowledge and full awareness of the build process, building regs/nhbc guidelines and tolerances. FM backgrounds will also be considered. This may suit an assistant /site manager, FM/Maintenance/Property Manager.

• This is a temporary ongoing position for a minimum of 6 months

• Hourly rate is DOE and will be based on an annual salary of £30k - £40k, plus ppm mileage
