Administrator – Temporary Contract
Location: Perth
Contract: 2 months (possible extension)
Hours: 35 per week
Pay Rate: £13.76 per hour

We’re recruiting on behalf of our third-party client for a motivated Administrator to support a busy and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to essential operations in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative support to the wider team
Accurately update and maintain internal systems, ensuring all records are current and correct
Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Liaise effectively with various departments across the organisation
Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Key Skills & Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Confident and clear communicator – both written and verbal
Proficient in using IT systems and software
