Job Description
Location: Perth
Contract: 2 months (possible extension)
Hours: 35 per week
Pay Rate: £13.76 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the wider team
- Accurately update and maintain internal systems, ensuring all records are current and correct
- Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Liaise effectively with various departments across the organisation
- Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Confident and clear communicator – both written and verbal
- Proficient in using IT systems and software
