Location: Perth (Office-Based, Hybrid Available After Training)

We are looking for Call Handlers to join our clients team in Perth. This role involves delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and providing accurate information in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with general enquiries, account updates, and issue resolution
- Accurately record customer interactions and update systems as required
- Provide high-quality service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet performance targets
- Skills & Experience Required
- Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and experience using multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
