We are currently recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for a Cook to support a small residential setting in Broadford.
Role Details
- Location: Broadford, IV49 9AW
- Rate of Pay: £13.32 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Temporary - weekly ongoing
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:45pm
- Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday
- Prepare and provide basic meals for 7 residents daily
- Support residents’ nutritional needs by fortifying snacks (adding calories as per individual care plans)
- Follow guidance from the Care Home Manager or shift lead
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with catering requirements
- Previous basic catering or cooking experience
- Understanding of food hygiene and safe food preparation
- Ability to follow dietary guidance and care plans
