Job Description
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Location: Fully office-based – Dundee
Start date: ASAP - 6 weeks - Possible extension
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Receptionists with strong administrative skills to support busy community-based teams. Both roles are fully office-based and require confidence using administrative systems, along with good basic IT and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception duties and first point of contact
- Inputting data into administrative systems (e.g. Track Care and Winscribe)
- Basic typing, filing, and record keeping.
- General administrative support to the wider team
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
