Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Bruce House, Arbroath
Hours: 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary until 31st December 2024
Salary: £12.45 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our client's team at Bruce House in Arbroath. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient reception service. Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Bruce House.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution to relevant staff.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
• Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
• Provide support to staff and visitors as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A friendly and approachable manner, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
