Warehouse Operative

Location: Bathgate
Salary: £12.50p/h
Work Schedule: 4 days on 4 days off. 6pm-6am nightshift

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bathgate. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from handling goods to managing inventory. Responsibilities:


Receive, unload, and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.


Pick and pack orders to meet customer requirements.


Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency.


Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.


Follow health and safety regulations at all times.


Assist with general warehouse tasks as required by the supervisor.


 


Essential Skills:


Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.


Proficiency in basic IT systems to manage stock records.


Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
