Role: Stores Person


Start Date: ASAP


Contract Length: 3 months initially


Location: Livingston


Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour


Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 & Friday 07:00-12:30


 

 

Main Duties:

• Carry out regular stock checks and assist with stocktakes.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
• Receiving and checking incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials or parts to internal departments.
• Ensure the stores area is kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.

 


 

Key Skills

• Previous stores/warehouse experience.
• Good numerical ability and confidence working with stock data.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate documentation.
