Service Manager 📍 Location: Kilmarnock, KA1 4DA
🕒 Hours: 42 per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
💷 Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated
Service Manager to support the running of our clients busy Service Centre in Kilmarnock. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support in the day-to-day management of the Service Centre team, ensuring performance is maximised in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all contract administration procedures.
- Coach, motivate and develop your team to achieve excellence.
- Oversee Health & Safety practices, ensuring all processes and activities meet regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer care, service, and product quality.
- Deputise for the Service Centre Manager in their absence.
Skills & Experience:- Previous supervisory experience, ideally within hire or a fast-paced industry (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Practical knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and maintain high standards.
- Full UK driving licence required.
