Job Description
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months, with possible extension
- Pay: £12.84 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (30-minute lunch)
- Location: Livingston, EH54 8TE - Fully office based
- Full UK Driving licence required
- Document & records storage – secure, purpose-built facilities for business records, files, wills and deeds
- Document scanning & digitisation – converting paper files into digital formats for easier access and management
- Secure shredding & destruction - confidential disposal of sensitive documents in line with data protection requirements
- Picking and moving boxes containing important documents
- Scanning boxes for delivery and loading them onto pallets
- Moving boxes around a large warehouse environment
- Supporting a large-scale project within the warehouse
- Wrapping pallets prior to collection and transportation
- Ocassionally driving van
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous manual handling experience
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Disclosure check will be carried out
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
