Temporary Administrative Assistant – Edinburgh- Location: Edinburgh, EH12 9GD
- Pay Rate: £29,889 pro rata
- Hours: 14 hours per week (Thursday & Friday)

About the Role Our client is seeking a well-organised 
Administrative Assistant to provide support with publication identification, correspondence, and enquiry management. The role involves coordinating incoming and outgoing communication, scheduling key administrative tasks, and reporting on progress across ongoing projects.
 This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and IT skills who enjoys working in a structured and detail-focused environment.  
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage regular administrative tasks and claims
- Handle enquiries and maintain accurate records and updates
- Support colleagues with admin processes and workload coordination
- Monitor budgets for postage, materials, and consumables
- Maintain data accuracy across internal systems
- Contribute to process improvement and staff training
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
 Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database use
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work independently
