Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces.
- Work according to legislative regulations, including proper use of color-coded cleaning equipment.
- Operate cleaning machinery safely and in line with training and guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and order consumables through the appropriate channels to maintain service delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high-quality cleaning service at all times.
- Report any issues, such as broken equipment, to the supervisor promptly.
- Complete all tasks within the allocated time to a high standard.
- Adhere to internal and external Health, Safety, and Environmental Assurance (HSEA) requirements.
Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning best practices and health and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently within the allocated time.
- Excellent communication skills to report issues effectively and work collaboratively.
