Job Description
This role involves operating VNA trucks to move, locate, stack, and count stock safely and efficiently within narrow aisle racking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VNA forklift trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick and put away stock using RF scanners or pick sheets
- Load and unload deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid and in-date VNA forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent), or expired within the last 3 months
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Flexibility with shifts and overtime
Benefits:
- Pay £13.71 to £18p/h dependent upon shift pattern
- Various shifts available (06:00 to 18:00, 18:00 to 06:00, 06:30 to 14:30, 13:30 to 22:00 and 21:30 to 06:00)
