Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. This role involves carrying out a range of basic administrative duties, supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Attention to detail is key, as accuracy in your work will directly support the efficiency of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, responding to emails)
- Answering telephone calls and directing queries appropriately
- Updating records and documentation accurately
- Assisting with scheduling and other clerical tasks as required
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel may be required between sites)
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday Accrual on top of pay
