Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hard-working Administrator to join the team of one of our long-standing clients, Royal Mail.
 
Working within the facilities management department of the company, your role will involve general administrative duties such as:
  • Answering the phone and responding to emails
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Document preparation
  • Filing and organising paperwork
Successful Candidates:
  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable with a good work ethic

Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Information:
Working hours will be 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday and the role is being offered on a temporary basis, with an end date of 30th April 2025, although this may be extended.
 
The rate of pay for the role will be £12 per hour.
 
You will be based in the office in Leeds, LS10 1AZ, you must ensure you’re able to reliably commute to the site each day. There is parking available on site and the dress code will be smart casual.
