What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the insurance team
- Processing insurance policies, renewals, and claims paperwork
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory documentation
- Coordinating with insurers, brokers, and clients
What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within insurance or financial services
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with great customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
