As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything on track - from arranging meetings and company events to providing key support for the sales team. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can juggle different priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator role:
- Organise and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all arrangements run seamlessly
- Support the planning and coordination of company events and staff activities
- Provide day-to-day administration support to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries and ensuring prompt responses
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
The Ideal Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administration role within an office environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support across different areas of the business
