Conveyancing Solicitor – Full-Time, Office-Based
Leicester
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

My client, a reputable legal practice based in Leicester, is seeking a qualified Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and well-established team. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for a legal professional who is confident in managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Deliver exceptional levels of client care throughout each transaction.
Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative office environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive.
Demonstrated experience in residential property law and conveyancing is essential.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Location: The role is based at the firm’s office in Leicester.
