What You’ll Be Doing as Auditor:
- Leading audits from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact
- Preparing financial statements in line with UK GAAP / FRS 102
- Helping drive improvements in audit processes and efficiency
What You’ll Need to Succeed as Auditor:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous audit experience within a UK practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and auditing procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience with audit software (e.g., CaseWare) is desirable but not essential
