My client is a dynamic and growing organisation, seeking a driven and experienced Accounts Administrator to support their expanding operations and take ownership of the company’s day-to-day finances.
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the company’s financial admin is running smoothly and efficiently.
Day to day responsibilities of the successful Accounts Administrator will include
:- Managing purchase and sales ledgers
- Reconciling bank transactions and credit card statements
- Credit control
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Processing payroll and expenses
- Supporting VAT submissions
- Working closely with the wider team
The ideal Accounts Administrator will be confident with numbers and comfortable managing a busy workload. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in an accounts administrator or similar accounting role
- Good working knowledge of Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
